We reserve the absolute right, at our sole discretion, to monitor backend user activity anomalies to ensure total compliance with these Terms. Violation of this code of conduct will result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your ourdream ai account, without the right to appeal or receive a refund.

6. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

The entire ourdream ai platform, including but not limited to its software, underlying code repositories, AI models, UI/UX design, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and the visual/audio assets constituting the pre-designed AI companions, are the exclusive, copyrighted property of ourdream ai and are protected by robust international intellectual property laws.

User-Generated Content and Chat Prompts: When you converse with your AI companion, you will input text, voice, or image prompts. You technically retain ownership of the original text content you input. However, by using the Service, you grant ourdream ai a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to process, store, encrypt, and utilize these inputs solely for the purpose of operating the service, generating subsequent AI responses, and maintaining your relationship's long-term memory matrix.

Any images, text responses, video snippets, or audio clips generated by the AI (the "Outputs") ultimately belong to ourdream ai. We grant you a personal, non-commercial, revocable license to view, download, and interact with these Outputs strictly for your private enjoyment. You may not export, sell, publish, mass-distribute, or mint NFTs of the AI-generated content for commercial financial gain without our explicit, written, and signed consent.

7. Premium Services, Subscriptions, and Billing

While basic, highly restricted access to ourdream ai may be offered, we provide advanced dating features, priority server access, 4K image generation, voice messaging, and infinite conversational memory through premium subscription tiers or one-time credit purchases. By choosing to upgrade your romantic experience, you agree to the following financial terms:

• Authorized Payments: You explicitly authorize ourdream ai and our verified third-party payment processors (including major credit cards and cryptocurrency gateways) to charge your selected payment method for the agreed-upon, displayed amount.
• Auto-Renewal: If you purchase a recurring monthly or annual subscription, it will automatically renew at the exact end of the billing cycle. You can cancel this auto-renewal at any time prior to the renewal date via your account settings dashboard.

Because generative AI models create responses dynamically based on vast neural datasets, they may occasionally hallucinate or produce outputs that are inaccurate, nonsensical, or inadvertently offensive. ourdream ai accepts zero liability for the nature of the dynamically generated conversational content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ourdream ai, its founders, directors, employees, or affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including emotional distress, psychological attachment, loss of data, or loss of profits) arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your emotional bonding with the AI, or your inability to access the service.
